Open enrollment is from November 1, 2020 through January 8, 2021, with an effective date of January 1, 2021.

Attached, please find the 2020 Open Enrollment Memos. 
*Please note there are two different memos :
 
·       The first contains all information/forms pertaining to the Buyout
·       The second is only for changes to your current health coverage
 
 
BUYOUT:
For your convenience, the 2021 Health Insurance Opt-Out Election Form and the 2021 Affordable Care Act (ACA) Waiver Form are attached to the Buyout Memo.  (Once you open the Buyout Memo, please scroll down to find the forms.)
 
*REMINDER: Even if you are already enrolled in the 2020 buyout, in order to opt out of the health insurance and enroll in the District buyout for the 2021 plan year, you MUST complete the aforementioned forms.  
 
HEALTH INSURANCE CHANGES:
Please refer to the attached memos for all information regarding the 2021 open enrollment procedures.
 
*NOTE: If you do not want to make any changes to your health insurance during this open enrollment, you do not need to do anything.  your current health benefits will remain unchanged.
