Please see the attached memo from Dr. Mara Bollettieri regarding the Dependent Eligibility Verification Audit. Enrollees are required to submit documentation to verify the eligibility of each of their dependents covered under NYSHIP. Health Management Systems must receive it by April 15, 2016.

1. VOTE COPE: If you have not already submitted your VOTE COPE forms to Heather Castellano at Mepham, they are due by Wednesday, March 23. VOTE COPE has provided us with the ability to lobby for the interests of teachers, public education, and kids. 2. Flex Plan Reimbursement: The submission of claims deadline is Thursday, March 31 for your Flex Plan reimbursement for 2015. Please see the attached flyer. The Bellmore Kiwanis Club has been assisting people since 1953. The club is hosting a Pancake Breakfast. All profits go to help needy families in our community.
