Open enrollment for health insurance has changed and will not begin until November 1, 2016.
The new 2017 Opt-out/ACA waiver form which must be used, will be made available on the district website onNovember 1, 2016 (the beginning of open enrollment).
Hard copies will be made available in the buildings main office.
If you have already submitted an Opt-out/ACA waiver form for the upcoming 2016 open enrollment period, you will need to complete the new 2017 opt-out/ACA Waiver once it is released at open enrollment.
